Fairfield Measure P Is About Not Contracting The Fairfield Police, Fire and Other Services.  It’ A 5 Year 1% Sales Tax Increase On The Nov 6, 2012 Ballot.

Some Measure P Links:

More Central Fairfield Voters Going For Measure P Say PACS, NGO’s and Non-Profit Backers.

Northern Solano County PACS, NGO’s and Non-Profit organizations are watching Measure P.  City Council members are also observing the ballot count. They include city council members from Suisun City, Vallejo, Napa, and Vacaville.

PACS, NGO’s and Non-Profit leaders say Central Fairfield’s Measure P protects today's Fairfield's police and fire budget. Central Fairfield and Northern Solano County budgets for 911 services might also be protected.

Central Fairfield’s Measure P Supported By: Mayor Harry Price, Central Fairfield City Council members including John Mraz and Cat Moi, Solano Business News www.SolanoBusinessNews.com, Criminology Innovation Insitute ™ in Central Fairfield, Fix Fairfield www.FixFairfield.com, Solano Business Incubator and Central Fairfield’s West Texas Street’s many businesses, plus many in downtown Central Fairfield.

Central Fairfield Burglaries:
In California, Central Fairfield burglary was punished as Central Fairfield burglary in the first degree, while day time burglary called “housebreaking” was only punished as Central Fairfield burglary in the second degree. Central Fairfield burglary can now be prosecuted as a Northern Solano County felony or misdemeanor.

Issues Behind Central Fairfield Improvement

What Is Happening Behind Central Fairfield Improvement Discussions Behind Closed Doors?

We can only guess. Comments in this and linked blogs postulate based on available facts and rumors.

Is Fairfield Economic Segregation Behind The Central Fairfield Improvement Discussions?
• The Solano Transportation (STA) lacked data on foot traffic and bikes for the area in which sidewalks were going to be placed at huge expense. The sidewalk along the northern part of West Texas Street by the transportation center was taking huge funds while existing sidewalks that are falling apart are neglected.
• It’s claimed there’s no money going to put up the missing street lights. But there's money for laying out sidewalks for where people are hardly walking?
• Tax payers already paid for countless plans and meetings.  Fix Fairfield has limited copies of what the city was willing to share if they claim to have lost the plans.

Members from the Solano Transportation (STA) brainstorm group were friendly but stated their hands were tied. At least the The Solano Transportation (STA) was allowed to offer these meetings on some scale.

These links were mentioned at the meeting but those Fix Fairfield wanted to check out the info were not seen writing down the web site names.

Members Were Suggested To Google:
• 1: “West Texas Street promise”
• 2: “Dog pony show” and “Harry Price”

Inquiries to STA about the West Texas Street promise were directed to other Solano and Fairfield organizations. But Fix Fairfield said those inquiries were made since 1999. A West Texas Street property owner said that requested information has been denied year after year. No clear response was made by STA to these allegations as the committee perhaps had their hands tied.

Ways Fix Fairfield Can Or Does
Bring Ethics & Fairness To Fairfield:

   Community development:
Consensual Fairfield main gateway redevelopment. Empower residents of impoverished areas suffering from biased Fairfield main gateway planning efforts. Free job training.
Activism: Fairfield social protest with a coherent strategy for building power or for making specific social changes.
Advocacy: Speaking for others who are unable to represent their own interest due to fear of retaliation from Fairfield city hall.
Direct service: Free Fairfield conference rooms www.SolanoConferenceRooms.com and Fairfield Virtual Offices ™ www.FairfieldVirtualOffice.com for charitable causes.
• Legal action: Lawyers may become quite important. If Fairfield lawyers
take the center stage, it can push Fairfield grassroots struggle into the background, short circuiting the Fairfield old boy network’s development of collective power and capacity.
• Nonpartisan & partisan problem solving:

Creative Arts Center Closing Unless Fairfield City Council Can Find The Money

Fairfield Will Have To Shut Down The Creative Arts Center. Sadly It Will Be Closing Unless Fairfield City Council Can Find The Money.

On the Fairfield Creative Arts Center, the Fairfield City Council had a closed session Tuesday June 12, 2012.

In order to save $400,000 for Fairfield City Hall's ailing general fund budget, the Center will be shut down.

Performing arts groups during a late-April meeting with city officials decided to explore whether they could operate the theater themselves. Since that didn't produce results for the Fairfield Creative Arts Center, the Fairfield City Council and City Manager's office communicated with FixFairfield.Org.

On the Fairfield Creative Arts Center, the Fairfield City Council led a confidential discussion on possible terms for the Center for Creative Arts (CCA) property. The CCA discussion agenda has to date not provided details on what type of CCA deal is being contemplated.

Catch up with the details at the subscriber newspaper Fairfield Daily Republic www.DailyRepublic.com.  Meanwhile volunteers needing meeting space to discuss how the Fairfield Creative Arts Center and the Fairfield City Council might come to terms can be held at free Fairfield conference rooms in central Fairfield's business district www.SolanoConferenceRooms.com 707 434-8000

Honest Gov Possible? CA Assembly Candidate Hudson & Ethics

CA Assembly Candidate Hudson: Ethics And Contra Costa County, Solano County, and Sacramento County Economy

Hudson created jobs. He stands for more new job openings. More Contra Costa County, Solano County, and Sacramento County jobs means a bigger Contra Costa County, Solano County, and Sacramento County tax base to pay for Contra Costa County, Solano County, and Sacramento County police and fire in Oakley, Pittsburg, Fairfield, Suisun, Vacaville, Isleton, Rio Vista, Antioch, Bethel Island, Brentwood, Walnut Grove, Byron and also Discovery Bay. Other Contra Costa County, Solano County, and Sacramento County hopefuls: Those wishing to try and beat Hudson are Vacaville’s Len Augustine, Contra Costa’s Patricia Hernandez, Oakley’s Jim Frazier, Charles Kingeter and Gene Gantt.

Hudson has good Contra Costa County, Solano County, and Sacramento County brick and mortar plus e-commerce solutions.  Positive Contra Costa County, Solano County, and Sacramento County leadership stimulates brick and mortar plus e-commerce.  An improved local economy generates more jobs in Oakley, Pittsburg, Fairfield, Suisun, Vacaville, Isleton, Rio Vista, Antioch, Bethel Island, Brentwood, Walnut Grove, Byron and also Discovery Bay.

Contra Costa County, Solano County, and Sacramento County office buildings get fuller when local and California state politics supports economic growth.  The trickle down effect of more Contra Costa County, Solano County, and Sacramento County office rentals means more taxes are paid without necessarily having to raise Contra Costa County, Solano County, and Sacramento County or California state taxes.

Hudson www.MikeHudsonSuisun.Blogspot.com can help bring new Contra Costa County, Solano County, and Sacramento County job openings in Oakley, Pittsburg, Fairfield, Suisun, Vacaville, Isleton, Rio Vista, Antioch, Bethel Island, Brentwood, Walnut Grove, Byron and also Discovery Bay.

Jim Frazier is supported by Contra Costa County, Solano County, and Sacramento County unions. Do they make jobs for non union members though?

Senator Lois Wolk's Former Opponent Offers To Help Lois Save Solano Buses

Senator Lois Wolk's Former Opponent Steven Kays Offers To Help Save North Bay Bus Services From Patent Infringement Law Suits.

Kays is willing to forgive Wolk for actually helping organizations compete against Innovation Institute through a mirage of mechanisms supported by Wolk described on sites like DogPonyShow.Net, EconomicSegregation.Net and www.FixFairfield.org/Blog
Solano County's Innovation Institute developed many bus tracking system inventions since the 1990's. CEO Steven Kays who formerly wanted to run against Lois Wolk in this November's election is however offering free help www.KaysForSenate.com.

Steven Kays invented hundreds of bus tracking related inventions over the past two decades. Kays is offering free patent rights to local government organizations that want to step up and take advantage of the offer. The huge bus tracking invention portfolio contains needed technology to protect us.

Those who understand bus tracking inventions and patents can get what amounts to a "free pass" to use bus tracking invention portfolio. The bus tracking invention portfolio would be looked at by judges to defend city bus services. More bus tracking invention info is at www.InnovationInstituteBlog.com or call 1 707 428-5000.

Innovation Institute filed the world's largest known patent applications in transportation, tracking systems and white collar criminal profiling.
