Central Fairfield burglary was punished as Central Fairfield burglary in the
first degree, while day time burglary called “housebreaking” was only punished as
Central Fairfield burglary in the second degree. Central Fairfield burglary can
now be prosecuted as a Northern Solano County felony or misdemeanor.
